Steps to cancel Canva Pro

Log in to the Canva account or team that pays.
Open your profile menu, then Settings.
Open Billing and click the cancel option on your plan.
Pick a reason and finish the cancellation.

Paid through your iPhone or iPad?

Then you cancel there instead:

Open Settings and tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel Subscription (scroll down if needed).
No Cancel button or red expiry text means it's already cancelled.
