Contact the center where you bought the Wax Pass. Within 30 days: get a refund minus used visits at full price. After 30 days: pay a $25 fee; remainder becomes store credit. On installments: $25 fee; credit only for what you've paid.
Used visits are recalculated at full (non-discounted) price before any refund, and after 30 days you get store credit, not cash. Most passes never expire, but Unlimited expires after 12 months and the New Guest 3+1 after 6 months.
