Sign in when asked and you land right on the page to cancel. If they offer you a discount, look for “No thanks” or “Continue to cancel”.

Steps to cancel Kaspersky

  1. Sign in to My Kaspersky and open the Subscriptions tab.
  2. Select the subscription and click Manage subscription.
  3. Click Cancel subscription, then confirm Cancel subscription.
  4. For Kaspersky VPN, use Licenses, then 'Auto-renewal is turned on'.

Then you cancel there instead:

  1. Open Settings and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription (scroll down if needed).
  5. No Cancel button or red expiry text means it's already cancelled.
