Steps to cancel NordVPN

Log in to your Nord Account at my.nordaccount.com.
Open the Billing tab.
Click Cancel next to auto-renewal and confirm 'Cancel auto-renewal'.
For a refund, contact support within 30 days. If bought through Apple, Google or Amazon, cancel in that store.

Then you cancel there instead:

Open Settings and tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel Subscription (scroll down if needed).
No Cancel button or red expiry text means it's already cancelled.
