Log in to the SafeSplash customer portal and submit a drop request. Or call or speak with staff at your location (not email). Give at least 30 days' notice; the drop starts day 31. Wait for the confirmation email - the drop isn't done without it.
Tuition bills on the 25th for next month and runs prorated through your drop date. The annual service fee is non-refundable.
