Log in and open My Soul on the website. Or tap your active series in the SoulCycle app. Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Or contact your studio or email yoursoulmatters@soul-cycle.com.
Cancel under 24 hours before billing and you're charged for another month, no refund. Soul Renew classes expire after 30 days and don't roll over.
