Uber One has no single web page to cancel on, so the steps below are the fastest way. If they offer you a discount, look for “No thanks” or “Continue to cancel”.

Steps to cancel Uber One

  1. Open the Uber or Uber Eats app.
  2. Go to the Account tab and select Uber One.
  3. Tap Manage membership.
  4. Choose to end your membership and confirm.

Then you cancel there instead:

  1. Open Settings and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription (scroll down if needed).
  5. No Cancel button or red expiry text means it's already cancelled.
