  1. Sign in at hulu.com and open your Account page.
  2. Under Your Subscription, select Cancel.
  3. Skip the pause offer and choose Continue to Cancel.
  4. Confirm; check the cancellation date and confirmation email.

Then you cancel there instead:

  1. Open Settings and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription (scroll down if needed).
  5. No Cancel button or red expiry text means it's already cancelled.
