Contact Vivint customer service by phone or chat. Ask for your remaining equipment balance and any fees. Send written cancellation notice if asked; keep a copy. Get written confirmation of the final bill.
If you financed equipment, the remaining balance is still due when you cancel, and contracts can run up to 60 months. Month-to-month service is only for upfront equipment buyers.
