Sign in when asked and you land right on the page to cancel. If they offer you a discount, look for “No thanks” or “Continue to cancel”.

Steps to cancel Google Workspace

  1. Export your data first with the Data Export tool.
  2. In the Admin console, go to Billing > Subscriptions.
  3. Click your subscription, then Cancel Subscription.
  4. Pick a reason, tick the box, enter email, confirm.
  5. Optional: delete the organization account to free the domain.

Then you cancel there instead:

  1. Open Settings and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription (scroll down if needed).
  5. No Cancel button or red expiry text means it's already cancelled.
