Steps to cancel Zoom Pro

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as owner/admin.
  2. Click your profile picture, then Plans and billing.
  3. Cancel any add-ons first.
  4. Click Cancel Plan and confirm.

  1. Open Settings and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription (scroll down if needed).
  5. No Cancel button or red expiry text means it's already cancelled.
