Steps to cancel Microsoft 365

Go to account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365 and sign in.
Select Cancel subscription (or Upgrade or Cancel).
Review the offers shown at the top.
Choose "I don't want my subscription" to confirm.

Paid through your iPhone or iPad?

Then you cancel there instead:

Open Settings and tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel Subscription (scroll down if needed).
No Cancel button or red expiry text means it's already cancelled.

Select the subscription you want to cancel.
