Cancel via your online My LA Fitness account, or Ask at the front desk of any LA Fitness club, or Mail written notice to P.O. Box 54170, Irvine, CA 92619. Send mail certified/registered; postmark 5+ business days before billing. Keep your receipt, copy and any confirmation.
