Contact your home Retreat (find it on the locations page). Ask for its cancellation terms and required notice. Submit your cancellation the way they require; keep a copy. Ask how long rolled-over services remain usable.
Cancellation terms aren't published nationally; each franchised Retreat sets its own. Heights Legacy Club rates are locked for 3 years, so check whether your agreement has a term.
