Noom has no single web page to cancel on, so the steps below are the fastest way. If they offer you a discount, look for “No thanks” or “Continue to cancel”.

Steps to cancel Noom

  1. Log in to the Noom Subscription Portal with your account email.
  2. Find your active subscription.
  3. Choose to cancel before your next billing date.
  4. Save the cancellation confirmation.

Paid through your iPhone or iPad?

Then you cancel there instead:

  1. Open Settings and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription (scroll down if needed).
  5. No Cancel button or red expiry text means it's already cancelled.
