Online: click Manage Membership, log in, go to cancellation. Or give a signed, dated letter to your home gym manager. Or contact your home club by phone, email or mail. Give 7 days' notice (3 days in New York). Payments due during notice still process; keep confirmation.
Non-monthly installment plans must be paid off before cancelling, and paid-in-full memberships aren't refunded.
