Steps to cancel Calendly

Open Billing in your Calendly Admin Center.
Click Change plan, then Upgrade/Downgrade.
Choose the Free plan and confirm.
Paid features stay active until the end of your billing cycle.

Then you cancel there instead:

Open Settings and tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel Subscription (scroll down if needed).
No Cancel button or red expiry text means it's already cancelled.
