Steps to cancel Slack Pro

On desktop, open Admin (or your workspace settings), then Manage billing.
On the Overview tab, click Change plan details.
Choose Downgrade to Free and pick now or at your renewal date.
Review the details and confirm the downgrade.

Open Settings and tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel Subscription (scroll down if needed).
No Cancel button or red expiry text means it's already cancelled.
