Steps to cancel Loom

Open Workspace Settings from the left sidebar and go to Plan & Billing.
Click Manage Subscription.
Choose Downgrade to Starter, give a reason, and click Complete cancellation.
If your account is linked to Atlassian, cancel instead under admin.atlassian.com > Billing > Subscriptions.

Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel Subscription (scroll down if needed).
No Cancel button or red expiry text means it's already cancelled.
