Sign in to your Intuit Account Manager.
Select Products & billing, then your company.
Find QuickBooks Online and select Cancel.
Follow the prompts and save the confirmation; you keep read-only access for one year.

Open Settings and tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel Subscription (scroll down if needed).
No Cancel button or red expiry text means it's already cancelled.
